Bouldering in Little Cottonwood Canyon
February 17th, 2006 osgumero
For all you Sharma wanna-be’s there’s some pretty sweet boulders up in LCC. The best thing about bouldering is you can maximize your climbing time because there is no gear to hassle with. Some of my favorite areas are the gate boulders, and the cabbage patch to just name a few. You can pretty much go to one or two areas and spend a good chunk of time working on some problems and not get bored. There are tons of boulders for all so you don’t have to wait in line as is common in many areas. All the rock is granite, so either you’ll love or hate it (as will your fingers will for sure). Crash Pad highly recommended!!!!!!
